THE STAGE OF THE CRIME – A BRAND OF RUSSIAN CRIMINAL LAW

The article is devoted to the study of the norms of the criminal law, devoted to not-the offense. In particular, the article explores the relationship between the con-cepts stage of the crime and uncompleted crime. As a result of research the author concludes that the stages theory of the crime is a distinctive feature of domestic crim-inal law. The work also proved that for legal scholars to abandon the early idea stage of the crime, as it is well-established in theory and practice the term.
