RESEARCH FRACTIONAL COMPOSITION OF CHIP DUST

Conducted study of the fractional composition of chip dust. Studies have shown that of chip dust, no particles larger than 5 mm. The mass of the crushed wood diameter of d=5 of mm fluctuates from 38,7 to 71,1%. On the pallet the quantity of crushed wood on average by 18.7 %. Raw material for the production of composite products can be chips with a sieve with diameter d= 5 mm, mass fraction which is 7.1 % and the chip dust from the pallet at the amount of 0.2% of volume of the processed lump scraps.
