Abstract
The article discusses one of the serious problems in modern organizations the problem of mobbing. In some of the workforce due to unfavorable moral-psychological climate may be psychological harassment of the employee by the management of the organization or individual employees. The most important role in the prevention of this phenomenon should play a leadership organization.
