Abstract
The article studies Germany's policy toward the United States on the Conference for the Reduction and Limitation of Armaments of 1932–1934. The article dwells on internal and external factors that affected the foreign policy making in early years of Third Reich. The author concludes that "peaceful" rhetoric of Hitler was aimed at preserving the isolationist policy of the United States.
