The increasing international competition, the introduction of foreign states of sanctions in respect of key sectors of the Russian economy and the high level of discrimination of Russian exporters on foreign markets, the transfer of the states - members of the Eurasian Economic Union, a significant amount of power in the sphere of customs regulation of foreign trade activities at the supranational level - all this is the need for action protect Russia's economic interests in the import and export of goods.
