Abstract

The results of studying the dynamics of total protein and protein fractions of blood serum of cows in different periods of their reproductive functions on the background of different levels of feeding showed that in the control group from 1 to 3 months of pregnancy have significantly increased the content of total protein in blood serum, after which it declined, especially in late pregnancy. In the second group of cows receiving a diet with reduced 20-25 % nutrition showed a trend towards a decrease in the concentration of whey protein throughout pregnancy. In the third group of cows who adjusted the nutrition of diets, the content of serum protein was significantly higher than in the second group at 3 and 6 month of pregnancy, and is also higher than in group 1 during the whole period of pregnancy.
