BALANCED SCORECARD PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

The article is devoted to the development of the concept of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in the project management of the construction industry. It is shown, that introduction of BSC gives competitive advantages to the construction companies due to the optimization of costs, reducing construction time and improving the quality of performed work. The author points out the problems faced by construction companies while using this concept. Particular attention is drawn to the value of non-financial indicators for the project management in the construction industry.
