Abstract

This article presents the results of the study, the purpose of which was to assess a number of indicators, either directly or indirectly on the status of the physiological systems of organism qualified athletes-track athletes to the world amid intense physical exertion and following thereof, as well as untrained girls. Do athletes specializing in athletics in the middle distance, during periods of precompetitive and after competitive activities through the questionnaires revealed a lower level of health for basic systems of the organism, the urinary system, especially in comparison with girls not engaged in sports. Additional tests showed that in a precompetitive period occurs significant changes of physical and chemical properties, as well as the urine sediment microscopy at athletes-track athletes to the world, which point to a significant strengthening of the functional activity of the kidney and urinary tract diseases influenced by intense physical exertion and confirm the results of the questionnaires.
