This article deals with the issue of damages brought by car roads. It considered various ways of solving this problem in different countries, mainly in Russia. Also, a comparative analysis of the data was carried out in Russia and other countries. The article can be viewed with the size of the damage in different countries, as well as special requirements that need to be taken into account in compensation for this damage.
