Abstract
The problem of personnel is an important part of management of any organization in engineering, and in any other industry. In a market economy human resources of an organization shapes the levels of competitiveness of the organization, the effectiveness of economic, long-term prospect of residence in a particular market segment. Summarizing all the material on the research problem of personnel capacity of the organization came to the view that human potential includes the basis of the labor potential, it is characterized by the level of professionalism and qualification of employees, which include essential features such as professional knowledge, skills, motivation, etc.
