Abstract

The problem of developing an effective mechanism of legal regulation of public-private partnership in Russia is still quite relevant. The article analyzes the issues related to the formation of the state policy on development of public-private partnerships. The findings complement the domestic research in the development of constitutional and administrative law of treaties, and the results of the study can be used in law-making and law enforcement practice
