ANALYSIS INSTRUMENTAL TOOLS FOR DOCUMENTATION DATABASES

This article discusses the most famous software products that enable you to document databases, and the library report generation. Comparative analysis of software products, which highlighted the following criteria: time spent by the user to generate a report, the completeness of the documentation, the output format, quality, documentation, decomposition of the database to document. Comparative analysis showed that the software, such as DBScribe Dataedo and have values of the quality indicator exceeding a base value. Also a comparative analysis of libraries, report generation, highlighting the following criteria: formatting text, working with images, the format of the output data, formatting pages, working with tables. The comparative analysis has shown that libraries, such as YARG, FPDF and PHPWord to have the quality score exceeding the base value.
