EXECUTION OF CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR CONVICTED WOMEN: PROBLEMS AND SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES

This paper presents an overview of the results of scientific research on execution of criminal penalties for convicted women. Particular attention is paid to the historical, organizational and legal aspects of the execution of this category of prisoners, to providing psycho-pedagogical correctional process in women's prisons, to the social work with convicted women, forms of work with convicted women with young children.
