Abstract
Personnel policy is an integral part of all management and production activities. She should be focused on active selection of personnel, its adaptation, learning in accordance with needs. Personnel policy defines the philosophy and principles implemented by the management of the organization in relation to human resources. Its main aim is to ensure a balance of processes of updating and preservation of numerical and qualitative composition of personnel in accordance with the needs of the organization requirements of the current legislation and the state of the labor market.
