PROBLEMS OF FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT

The article describes the problems of implementation of risk management in Russia in terms of standardization of processes in the field of risk management and the establishment of risk management profession considered the key principles and stages of financial risk management, offered their classification in terms of external and internal factors. Based on the results of research and experience of the five largest American companies in the application of the model of integrated risk management, concluded that the possibility of its use for Russian companies in the construction of financial risk management system.
