THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS, OR THE BIRTH OF CHAOS FROM ORDER

Over many centuries mathematics in its development has undergone considerable change: from elementary arithmetic to metaphysics. Modern science has come to the point where often very difficult to discern the signs of order and chaos. The chaos does not mean the absence of any knowledge, but means the limitations of that knowledge. With complex systems science has not yet learned how to communicate with the guaranteed result, as even more uncertainty in them. Therefore, from the point of view of mathematics, the various meteorological, economic and political forecasts are uncertain.
