THE FINANCING OF THE PROCESS OF REORGANIZATION OF LEGAL ENTITY

The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical provisions of processes of merge and enterprise takeovers and their influence on competitiveness of the corporations functioning in the target market. The paper examines the main trends in the development of mergers and acquisitions market in the Russian Federation at the present stage, as well as the methods and sources of funding such transactions. It is noted that for many Russian enterprises of M&A is an effective element of strategy of future development.
