Within this article we will consider a question of development of a new subject matter "Mathematical methods and instruments of project management", the falling into educational area "Applied Mathematics (Methods of Model Operation and Prediction of Economy)". This area has essential value for formation of key and object competences of future bachelors of economy and management.
