PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF FUTURE WORKFORCE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The basis for the formation of state demographic policy in the country and its regions is a complex ad-ministrative and economic measures aimed at increasing the birth rate. The analysis of the incidence of the first year of life of children on the basic classes and groups of diseases in the Russian Federation from 2008 to 2015. It leads to the conclusion that the largest share belongs to the diseases of the respiratory system (42.9% -47.5%). On the positive side, the number of children who become ill with tuberculosis in the country between the ages of 0 and 14 years decreased by 8.8%; and at the age of 15 to 17 years, this figure fell to 43.9%. The highest proportion of children suffering from tuberculosis, accounted for Siberian Federal District (in 2015 - 27.5%), Volga (14.8%), Central (12.9%), Ural (10.8%), Far East (10.6%), North-Kavkaz (9%), South (8.9%) and the North West (5.6%) federal districts. Disastrous that in the Russian Federation, the incidence of children with malignant tumors in the period from 2008 to 2015. between the ages of 0 and 14 years old increased by 40.6%. The level of morbidity among children aged 15 to 17 years increased by 19.2%. Morbidity of children from mental and behavioral disorders in Russia decreased by 15.4% during the analyzed period, and in children aged 0 to 14 years, this indicator has decreased by 8.7%. In children aged 15 to 17 years, the value of the incidence of mental health problems and disorders decreased by 30.4%. Overall the situation in the country shows the need to take urgent drastic measures to timely detection of children's health, since the perinatal period, treatment and regular pre-ventive measures. The state should continue an active policy of maintaining the family, motherhood, childhood and the development of health and sports system, since the formation of a healthy generation is crucial for the formation of the country's future workforce in a difficult demographic situation.
