PRACTICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF ENGINEERING SPECIALTIES IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: THE IMPACT ON THE REGION'S ECONOMY, DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

This article describes the value of practical training of students of building faculty: the main advantages and disadvantages are important aspects of employment. We studied the problem of the demand for construction trades personnel in the labor market, a modern system of training, which is actually obsolete in comparison with more developed regions and other countries. The basic indicators of the effective work of students: - The interest of companies in which the practice takes place; - The presence of an attractive environment for students: financial and technical support, social relevance and effectiveness; - Personal interest of the students.
