CULTURAL HERITAGE STATISTICAL AGENCIES (BASED ON WESTERN SIBERIA SECOND HALF XIX-EARLY XX CENTURY.)

The article deals with the cultural heritage of the statistical agencies of Western Siberia in the second half of XIX-early XX century., Represented by the formation of library and museum collections. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of library collections and their replenishment. Accumulating valuable historical, ethnographic, statistical and bibliographical material on the provinces and regions, statistical committees actively publish it, which contributed to the formation of libraries with them. In addition to the individual titles in the library collection contained maps, manuscripts, plans, photographs. Unique in the activities of statistical agencies have been the accumulation of certain items that contributed to the formation of museum collections.
