Abstract
The problems associated with the regulation of social and labor relations is an important issue that must be considered and resolved in the course of development and individual enterprise, and the state of the economy, and society as a whole, as in the social and labor sphere carried the basic interests and needs of the people . It is argued that social and labor relations at the company, the employee-employer in terms of organizational changes, not actively investigated, so that does not fully resolve the issue of the relationship between the state's role in the regulation of social and labor relations, business and the worker. The authors believe that in the context of organizational changes at the company in order to achieve the subsequent effectiveness of its activities should take into account the interaction of the individual components of the system of social and labor relations, reflecting the direction of socialization and further development of social and labor relations.
