THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE PROCESS APPROACH

The article discusses the process approach in ensuring the quality of education at the University. Identified factors affecting the practice of teaching, as well as the problems and contradictions affecting the practice of introducing in educational institutions of the quality management system. Special attention is paid to the interpretation of the terms "quality of education" and "quality of education".
