EXPERIENCE OF CONCEPTUALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL WORK IN THE UNIVERSITY FROM THE STANDPOINT OF THE ORTHODOX ANTHROPOLOGY

The expediency of setting of University organizational culture and educational work in the University in accordance with the understanding of personality in Orthodox anthropology as irreducibility of man and his nature. The educational imperative of development of the personality is revealed in four aspects: priority of the individual; not the formation and development of the individual; promote personal development; subject-subjectivity of the educational process.
