THE COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE CONCEPTS CHARACTERIZING CATEGORY "BANKRUPTCIES" AND LEGITIMACY OF THEIR APPLICATION IN DOMESTIC PRACTICE

The analysis of the theoretical information devoted to bankruptcy of the organizations which is considered both with financial, and from the legal point of view is provided in article. The main signs of the objective parties of this phenomenon are analysed. The characteristic of real, technical, deliberate and fictitious bankruptcy is given. The interrelation of depth and scale of crisis with danger of bankruptcy of the organization is reflected.
