ENCOURAGING PEOPLE IN THE PRODUCTION TEAM

This article discusses important questions to stimulate people to increase productivity and reduce costs per unit of output. In each country, their attitude and understanding encourage people to study and work for the establishment of family. There are problems of staff incentive and they allowed depending on the system of Government, existing in a given country. Each employee has its own priorities and formed its own system of values. A number of issues offered for study staff who deal with the problems of stimulating employees of any organization, different forms of ownership.
