FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF STATE PROTECTION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS RIGHTS

This article will discuss foreign experience of state protection of agricultural producers' rights. In 2012, to one of the key events in the system of state business support, experts attributed the emergence of the post of commissioner for the protection of agricultural producers' rights as a new component of the presidential vertical and the establishment of the institution of commissioners in the Russian Federation as a whole. The main role in making the decision to create the post of authorized representative was played by foreign experience.
