PSYCHOLOGICAL AND FINANCIAL RISKS IN THE PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES OF THE RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN COMPANIES

The article is devoted to a topical theme, psychological assessment and management of financial risks in modern society. The article deals with psychological issues of management and financial risks in the productive activities of the Russian and foreign companies. The work reflected that one of the main directions of the combat risks are risk mitigation techniques related to the development of systems for the prevention of danger or decrease the negative consequences of the occurrence of undesirable events. It is concluded that the entrepreneur should take into account the psychological characteristics of the country, to be able to assess risk and manage them wisely.
