THE STUDY OF WAYS IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OF A SPECIALIST IN THE OPERATION OF COMPLEX TECHNICAL SYSTEMS

Investigated methodological approaches to improving the management training of specialist within the framework of solving the problem of increase of efficiency of management of educational activities of the specialist in the operation of complex technical systems. It was found that for a learning management specialist in the operation of complex technical systems is necessary to develop a control algorithm based on a differentiated approach and able at any time to generate data about the current and projected levels of professional readiness of the student to a specific specialist. An essential condition is the constant monitoring of the level of professional readiness of the expert.
