The influence of the leader on formal and informal groups is determined by the personal and professional qualities of the latter and by the roles that leaders play in the organization. The article studies the so-called "role theory of personality", reveals the role of the leader in interpersonal and information relations, in the sphere of decision-making, which are important for ensuring the sustainable activity of the organization.
