Abstract

The crossing of cows of red steppe breed with a bull red-and-white Holstein promotes milk production and technological properties of the udder of crossbred cattle to the conditions of industrial milk production technology. It is established that with increase of krovnosti to 75% Holstein studied the signs have a tendency to increase.
