FACTORS DETERMINING THE CHOICE OF A FINANCIAL STRATEGY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

This article examines the main internal and external factors that justify special financial strategies for small businesses and influence their formation. Based on the analysis of regional development and general economic analysis, many of the problems faced by small businesses in Russia have been identified. Studying the dynamics of various factors, expert evaluation, regression-correlation analysis of the regions made it possible to identify the factors that affect their development, and draw conclusions about the flexible and integrated strategy of small enterprises.
