Abstract
The article It is analyzed the causes of the resistance of the personnel in the major economic systems. The results of the classification of reasons for resistance. Defined the methods by which organizational changes are implemented. The advantage and disadvantages of the method proposed are outlined. Shows problematic aspects of the application of the considered methods.
