WAYS OF STUDYING OF A SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MATURITY OF THE CONVICTS OF MALE YOUTH AGE SERVING SENTENCE IN CORRECTIVE LABOR COLONIES

In article the main directions of studying of a phenomenon of a social and psychological maturity in domestic and foreign science, in general, and in legal psychology are considered, in particular. The main problems arising when studying this phenomenon are stated, urgent problems of his research are designated. Special attention is paid to justification of relevance and importance of studying of a phenomenon of a social and psychological maturity of youth, i.e. the convicts of male youth age serving sentence in corrective labor colonies.
