Abstract
The article examines the role of leadership style in the development of social norms in the work collective, as well as the diversity of leadership styles, their features are noted. The process of team rallying is considered, and how the head of the organization affects this process. The stages of socialization of the personality, the influence of the leader on the personality in the course of professional socialization are determined.
