ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL AND LABOUR RELATIONS UNDER ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Issues related to the emergence and development of the economic science of the concept of social and labor relations in the context of organizational changes are considered. It is alleged that representatives of various scientific schools laid the theoretical and methodological foundations of research in labor economics and social and labor relations. The authors believe that the use of traditional theories of social and labor relations does not provide an opportunity for effective understanding and regulation of changes in the social and labor sphere in the current conditions of globalization of the economy.
