Social concept of population in Ukraine on social priorities and social values

There are the lighted up questions of demographic crisis and low level of development of population of Ukraine in the article. The indexes of social development and social stability have low values critically. With every year the quantity of population of Ukraine diminishes, social defence weakens, and the terms of life and developm - nt change only in a worst side. The dynamics of changes of price policy, amounts of population and values of coefficients which characterize the level of development and welfare, is resulted in the article. In obedience to the resulted information, the analysis of existent social indexes is conducted, the use of new indexes which will allow more expressly to find out reasons of reduction of amount and decline of standard of living of population is offered. The programs of social development of Ukraine have superficial character and made reality of not always. Social defence weakens with every year, even those people which have work and habitation does not feel out of harm's way and does not have a confidence in a tomorrow. A few factors on which it is necessary to pay attention are resulted in the article, the row of measures of social defence and social support a population is offered.
