Abstract
The article discusses the evolution of the relationship to the organization of internal financial control in the Russian Federation, presents a set of external and internal factors that affect the construction of a controlling system, and examines the characteristics of the organization of internal financial control in oil and gas companies such as "Gazprom", "Lukoil", "Rosneft"and "Novatek".
