Abstract

The article elaborates on and considers a systemic model for managing sociocultural processes con- tributing to the improvement of the population quality of life (IPQL), which includes elements of macrosoci- ology, microsociology, and three periods of socialization of man. The model includes the functions of man- agement sociology (social, economic, motivations), and the processes of managing infrastructure and sociol- ogy elements, while the process of management runs in three stages: development planning, development and implementation of the development of the elements of the sociocultural process of IPQL, formation and use of reserves, and management of changes. As IPQL indicators, the following was proposed: growth of GDP, growth of real income of the population, growth of population life expectancy.
