Abstract
The article presents a scheme of the technological adaptation system based on the signal obtained from the cutting zone in the process of chip separation (thermoEMF), which characterizes the combination of physicomechanical properties of the "tool-workpiece" contact pair, which in the future can improve the accuracy of calculation of technological processing parameters when changing the properties of the tool and preparing different delivery lots. The upgraded system is created to help the machine operator to solve technological control problems in the selection of rational processing conditions.
