Abstract
The importance of environmental factors in the region grows, it begins to perform the role of a criterion when building a new model of socio-economic development of the region. Implementation of measures on reduction of influence of negative environmental factors will substantially mitigate the negative impact on the economy of the region, to improve the quality of life of the population of the region.
