PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING THE SITUATION IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR IN RUSSIA

This article examines the main directions of improving the situation in the telecommunications market in Russia. To date, there are several areas for which it is necessary to work: strengthening the legislative base, working in the field of import substitution, and simplifying access to urban infrastructure. The aim of the study was a detailed study of these areas and making recommendations. When improving the selected areas, companies providing telecommunications services will be able to accelerate the pace of development at times.
