TOPICAL PROBLEMS OF FORENSIC-ECONOMIC EXPERTISE

In this article I would like to consider the topical problems of forensic-economic expertise, which is currently still insufficiently developed. Obstacle to its development are mainly the lack of a common classification of regulated methods of carrying out is judicial-economic examinations and the uncertainty of its theoretical foundations. And for these reasons often submitted incorrect and false conclusions in the consideration and resolution of business issues and disputes in criminal, civil, arbitration and administrative proceedings.
