COMPETENCE APPROACH IN HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The article deals with the theory of competence-based approach, which is the methodological basic for the implementation of the GEF HPE. Identified the relevance of the problem of realization of competence approach in educational process of the standards. The article focuses on the concept of "competence approach", the implementation of which in education would improve the quality of training of professionals.
