THEORETICAL ASPECTS AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE INCENTIVE SYSTEM FOR WORKERS

The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical aspects and methodological approaches to the formation of the incentive system for workers in the agro-industrial complex. In this paper, a definition of the concept of a system is given, and its main elements are also singled out. The importance of the systemic nature of stimulating workers has been revealed. Three groups of methodical approaches to the formation of such systems have been singled out: organizational-administrative, economic, social-psychological.
