Abstract

Market banking products and services represents one of the most important components of the economy. At the present stage of economic development interest in various aspects of banking systems and methods of managing them increases. Therefore, banking products and services are the traditional business sector, aimed at increasing the incomes of credit institutions and customer satisfaction in the development of the national economy. Modern strategic concept of banking defines the change goal-setting beginning of the management of the banking activity profit from credit institutions to the benefit of all interested agents. This article shows that the modern conditions of development of the banking market and customer requirements contribute to the modification of existing and development of new banking products and services. The author pays attention that to create a new product or service requires a certain knowledge, resources, organization of work, so we can talk about a specific technology that represents a significant step in the formalization of the activities of the credit institution, and its use is of great importance and benefit for the commercial Bank.
