Abstract
: In the article the research in the field of automation of tourist office and tourist enterprise is carried out. Also considered such a notion as information technology. When studying automation of the enterprise management system, various software products, strengths and weaknesses of these software products were examined. In this article, positive and negative aspects of automation of the management system were formed.
