SUCCESS OF ACTIVITY OF AN EXPERT OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE AS THE FACTOR OF FORMATION OF SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE

Modern problems of the socium development define challenges to the system of training of specialists of the social sphere. Thus, the necessity to search the scientifically based definition of the purposes of training and indicators of success of an expert is defined. Formation of competence of an expert of the social sphere demands serious scientific study. In this article, success as an important condition of formation of social and pedagogical com- petence is considered. The assumption is made that studying competence to single out the generalized reference characteristics needs to be carried out with involvement of successful experts. The attention is focused on specifics of professional activity of an expert of the social sphere which cause ambiguity and complexity of definition of professional success
