FINE ART AS A LEISURE OF THE MODERN MAN

The article raises the question of the importance of creative leisure, in particular fine arts, for modern man. The problematic of the distorted idea of the teaching of painting for amateurs is considered. It is shown that, to date, admission to art has been put on stream. As a rule, this leads to a depreciation of art and a decrease in the creative literacy of a person. The results of the conducted research are reflected by creating an experimental group, dividing into two subgroups and applying different teaching methods in them. On the basis of which conclusions are drawn on the formulation of tasks, and the choice of the most successful ways of working with people who do not have a professional art education, but who want to learn the fine arts for the formation of a harmoniously developed personality.
