Abstract
Factoring is a high-risk type of banking business that is both profitable. This article presents a classification of risks in respect of the factoring business. Namely, on sources of risk and life cycle stages of factoring transactions. However, not enough to bring a list of possible risks that the Bank may face in the implementation of factoring transactions. Give the exact classification - is just the beginning. Therefore, this article were also offered options to minimize the risks arising in the normal course of business factors.
